I decided not to wait out the results of the poll, as I had already been promising a comment system since I relaunched The Manor Dollhouse. I will put the comments on the Manor Magazine articles first. If there is enough use, I may extend it to the dolls again. Also new is the Tags on articles. This will be mainly used on the doll articles. I also changed the front page layout around, and changed the way The Manor Magazine is laid out. And finally, I have reviewed the links section and redone that as well.

I've been tempted to use this new section more as a semi-blogging thing. I'm probably going to add some things here about what I have been up to besides making dolls and changes to the website, so be warned.

I actually have made another base, and uploaded it to Pixistar. That means I have finally uploaded five bases! So they are not high quality or incredibly original, but they are mine and I had fun making them. I'm really happy at how other dollers have taken to Pixistar. There are almost 300 bases now. Plenty of chance to find one that you like.

And about the dollmakers.... well, I am planning to add them back. But not right now. I will need some time to update them and maybe make a new one. I am also thinking of how I am going to be presenting it. So stay tuned for that.

And aside from working on The Manor Dollhouse, or uploading new bases, and contributing to Ninique's dollmaker, and keeping up with the dolling forms, I have also been writing for the PxT Magazine for Dollers. Of course, besides working on stuff for the dolling community I have also been working on sims stories for Randomby. And besides that: work, house cleaning and trying to be a social girlfriend. Not to mention trying to keep my cat entertained. I may have added an extra hour in each day to get all this done...

It looks like the poll is pointing to dollmakers next. So I'll be reviewing the dollmaker stuff I have now and planning a new one. I really miss my little piglet dollmaker.

Nice to hear about the dollmakers. Personally, I like them, because I think that the work that goes into making some of the better ones is just as much as the work that goes into making a really fantastic doll with directional light and backgrounds and animation and all that stuff :) Yet they still get a bad reputation because of how people would make dolls with them and claim them.

Your bases keep getting better, thanks for uploading them to PS. I enjoyed your dolls on crimson and rinbu bases too :)

The thing is I am not much of a coder, and though I'd like to learn more about things like javascript and ajax, I just can't seem to find the time. And I do have a certain look in mind for the dollmakers that I can't yet make happen. I'll either have to wait until a code is available that comes close to what I want or start over with learning things I have half forgotten :(

We'll see what I can do.

And thanks :) I do like making bases, and I hope to make some real sets at some point.
