Even though there has not been a major update the last six weeks or so, I have been uploading new dolls to The Manor Dollhouse. Most of these were ... men. I took part in a Battlestar Galactica collaboration over at the Glam! dolling forum. And as an afterthought I made a little chibi cylon as well. I've been doing lots of things, except updating the site big time. Read on, McDoll!

I also added a new showcase with some of the dols based on historical fashion or important people. I have not uploaded all my dolls to The Manor, and I don't think I will, so some of the dolls in the showcase may not have their own article.

Besides joining in collabs, I also alpha tested for Pixistar, the base search and upload site created by Erin/Strawberry1. I have 4 bases uploaded there and am actually still working on at least a 5th one. There are lots of different types of bases over at Pixistar.com, so I invite you to come along and enjoy the site.

And to top it all of, I have also been working on writing an article for the PxT Magazine. Marleaux and Dee have been working really hard getting it started and I am honoured to write for it. Hopefully I'll continue to find time to contribute stuff.

On a non-dolling related level, I have been playing The Sims 3 again, because Five bought me the first expansion pack. Which leads me to a mini-rant: if I already buy or get everything I want before Christmas, what am I going to ask for presents then? Anyway, The Sims 3 has been fun to play, because we have started to write stories about the neighbourhood Randomby, with sims based on members of the forum over at Randomby.com. We even made a short machinima with these sims.

I was hoping to plan something like an advent calendar again this year, but life just got in the way. Life, and the sims, and the cat, and the dolling community. But I am planning a December update. And I'll continue to add new dolls, so check in when you feel like it!
