Well, we celebrated xmas, with too much chocolate and catnip for the cat. I also got Dragon Age Origins for xmas, so I am playing that a lot. And you know me, when I get a game I really like, I am probably going to be playing more than dolling. But expect to see some Dragon Age dolls soon! Want to get a taste of the game? Dragon Age Journeys is an online browser 2d game, and you can play it! I am also working on a new base for a dollmaker, by the way.

I decided not to wait out the results of the poll, as I had already been promising a comment system since I relaunched The Manor Dollhouse. I will put the comments on the Manor Magazine articles first. If there is enough use, I may extend it to the dolls again. Also new is the Tags on articles. This will be mainly used on the doll articles. I also changed the front page layout around, and changed the way The Manor Magazine is laid out. And finally, I have reviewed the links section and redone that as well.
Even though there has not been a major update the last six weeks or so, I have been uploading new dolls to The Manor Dollhouse. Most of these were ... men. I took part in a Battlestar Galactica collaboration over at the Glam! dolling forum. And as an afterthought I made a little chibi cylon as well. I've been doing lots of things, except updating the site big time. Read on, McDoll!
It's been quiet at The Manor the last two weeks or so. I have not had much time to make dolls, or write stuff. But at the same time I am very inspired and have lots of ideas, maybe just too many ideas. And of course I am still thinking of ways to make The Manor more attractive, fun and pretty. One of the things I am going to add back in is the comment system. The dollmakers will also be added back to The Manor, as the polls indicated that most visitors would not mind seeing them again.

Ninique has made a wonderful dollmaker, where you can add your own props very easily. Though I'd recommend not uploading dozens of recolours of the same top (...) it is a great way to contribute to a dollmaker. I added a few props as well!
