Base by Quinqui

This is the result of the workshop I did at Glam! I was amazed at what Tuxedo-Kitten, Cass and Crazy-Lola came up with :) I really just wanted to do a quick, simple island, but they surpassed me with their efforts. So do check out their sites, to see their awesome work. Funny enough, during the two weeks of making this doll and prop, it was tropical weather in The Netherlands: 30 degrees celcius and higher. We're expecting those temperatures again at the end of this week, which is the end of my two weeks off. The only time it rained was the 3 hours we were at the beach... Blindingly bright all the other days.

I'll convert the island to line art, and make it available as a prop. Now, I am going to take my book, my grass skirt and my coconut bra and sit on my balcony, sipping a cold drink.
